Saturday, November 4, 2006:

South Lake Tahoe Middle School, corner of Hwy 50 (Lake Tahoe Blvd) and Al Tahoe. Registration will start at 7:15 with the proceedings beginning at 8:00.

Doors open at 7:00am

Any visitors need to contact Tim Stephens, Ass't Patrol Director, ahead of time.

Sunday, November 5, 2006::

Heavenly CA main lodge at 8:30 am.  Bring warm clothing and gloves.  There will be a brief meeting and Chair Evac practice (pictures from 2000) on World Cup.

We will be doing an avalanche beacon refresher on Sunday, so please bring your transceivers with updated batteries.

What you need to bring:

  • A fully Completed OEC Test (mailed from Tim Stephens)
  • The OEC Refresher Guide in your latest 'On Scene' magazine or from www.nsp.org.
  • Your stocked patrol belt/vest (we have new CPR face masks for everyone)
  • Current CPR for Medical Professionals Card
  • Patrol Card
  • OEC Card
  • Check to pay dues
  • Avalanche transceivers

OEC instructors met in the Spring of 2003. They have decided that they will not provide individual refreshers for people who miss the HAP Fall Refresher. If you cannot make this refresher you must attend an OEC refresher elsewhere.
